What is Ho’oponopono?

Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian therapy of reconciliation & forgiveness. It is also known as Forgiveness Meditation. This meditation supports you in your process of saying sorry, looking at your hurt and pain and to let go and forgive

Ho’oponopono, if practiced regularly helps us to open our hearts, feel love and gratitude deeply. The practice makes you love everything that belongs to you. This is important in a sense because we tend to take granted the things which we have and making our life beautiful.

Steps to perform forgiveness meditation:-

Step 1: Repentance – Say: “I’m Sorry” The first step is to realize that you are responsible for everything happened to you. Start saying sorry for everything that has been happened or any wrong thing that you have witnessed.

Step 2: Ask for Forgiveness – Say: “Please Forgive Me” Don’t worry about who you’re forgiving. Just ask! PLEASE FORGIVE ME. Say it over & over. Mean it. This is a process that is more about clearing negativity from yourself that it is about a person or situation. It is for healing yourself & move on in life.

Step 3: Gratitude – Say: “Thank You” Start saying Thank You again & again. It doesn’t matter who or what you’re thinking. Thank yourself for being the best you can be. Thank your eyes to let you see this beautiful world. Just keep saying Thank You.

Step 4: Love – Say: “I Love You” Say I Love You. Say it to your body, say it to God, say it to the universe, say I Love You to the air you breathe, to the house that shelters you, say I Love You to your challenges. Say it over & over. Just say I Love You & mean it. There is nothing as powerful as love. This way you will learn to love everything related to you.
