Self-hypnosis can also be used during difficult times to help improve symptoms of medical conditions such as IBS, anxiety, pain management, obesity, asthma, sleep disorders, skin issues, anxiety, depression and may help patients overcome a range of clinical conditions. It can be immensely useful for Improving confidence and self-esteem, overcoming addiction, fears and phobias or even for meeting or Visualising a goal or action.
When this practice is mastered, it can improve concentration, recall, enhance problem solving and even improve one's control of emotions.

Madita Dickhut has been has been leading trainings and workshops in Hypnotherapy, NLP and Meditation in the Meditation Resort in Pune (India) and in different countries all over the world for many years. So she has worked with most different social conditionings and mindmaps. She uses Hypnosis, the brilliant tools of NLP as well as the experience of meditation to help people to use their thinking processes in a helpful way. The goal always is an improvement of life quality towards more joy, intelligence and inner peace.
Madita has studied Psychology, is trained in De Hypnotherapy, Ericksonian Hypnosis, wingwave and is Master and Certified Trainer of NLP. She is also a certified Laughter- Yoga Leader. Her goal is to support healing, transformation and spirituality with her work.
