About the Event
The Talking to your BodyMind Process is for seven days, for one hour each day, when you'll be gently guided in a light trance. You'll connect with the part of your own subconscious mind also called "The Guardian," bringing wholeness and healing of physical and emotional issues using hypnosis.
Why Is It so Effective?
Whatever happens in the mind is reflected in the body. And there are so many conflicts happening in the mind, through its thoughts and emotions, even conditioned ideas against our bodies, that this anguish and anxiety enters the body and causes energetic blocks and tensions there, which then appear as physical problems.
In a light trance, combining deep relaxation with alertness, you will explore and befriend your bodymind's creative and self-healing energies. You will be able to focus these energies on specific issues, such as smoking, eating imbalances, insomnia, aches and pains – anything that needs to be brought to wholeness and balance again.
Facilitator: Rishma Palkar
Rishma Palkar is a management post graduate and facilitates workshops, Sister Circles & transformation retreats. She is trained as an Osho Meditation Facilitator & Zen Counsellor by Osho Multiversity, Pune. She is also trained in OSHO Reminding Yourself of the Forgotten Language of Talking to you BodyMind by OSHO International Foundation and Madita Dickhut.
